We ask that you answer phones promptly, close server checks and keep track of gratuities, and deliver food to guests staying at the hotel. This job can be very demanding and involves multi-tasking. Weekends and home football Saturdays required!
Food prep like cutting/washing etc, building of salad bars, assisting with plated events, cleaning, some dish washing, chef-attended stations such as carving meat or making omelets in front of guests in addition to other tasks that may be assigned. Meal is provided while on shift.

Responsible for the set up/tear down and cleanliness of event space. Must be able to lift 35 lbs; move tables, chairs, and other furniture
Main Duties are washing dishes. Support Kitchen with many projects. Help plate meals. Composts recycles and sometimes takes our trash. Meal provided each shift.

Strong communication skills, self-motivator, and professional customer service skills are required. Daily tasks include, but not limited to: deposits, reconciliations, filing, billing/accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general office tasks.
